기술의 원리Electric amplification equipment 고전압장치에서 발생하는 자유전자에 의해 세포막 주위에 전압차가 발생하여 마이크로기공이 형성되며, 형성된 기공 안으로 물 및 기타 이온성 물질이 유입되어 막이 파괴됨에 따라 미생물이 사멸된다. A high-intensity electric field charged around microbial cell membrane cause a temporary loss of the semi-permeability of cell membranes, which can induce exorbitant uptake of ionic materials to the cell leading to abrupt cell lysis and cell destruction.
